Raffles that you may have involving items valued at over $600.00, the following wording must be on the tickets:  "Winner need not be present to win and will be drawn by name only. Donation is not tax deductible. Winner must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all taxes associated with the drawing. If winner declines to pay the taxes, another winner will be announced."

 Team/Individual Award Rules

Individual Incentives

·         Individual's name and total must be listed on accounting sheet when money is turned in

·         Matching gifts count toward total when submitted

·         Only individual money counts toward total (luminaries do not count, team fundraisers do not count)

 

Team Captain Incentives

·         Only one incentive prize will be given per team

·         Registration money does not count toward total nor does luminary money

·         Totals are based on individual money raised + team fundraisers

·         Matching gifts count toward total when submitted

 

All Star Team Awards

·         Per team member total is calculated based on # of paid registrations

·         Awards based on money in hand by May 21, 2004

·         Registration money and luminary money do not count toward team total

·         Matching gifts count toward team total when submitted

 

Most Money Raised - Awarded by Planning Committee
