Survivors Give Us HOPE!

In a nation where more than one million people will be diagnosed with cancer this year, Chatham County is invited to celebrate life.

The Pittsboro Relay for Life is seeking cancer survivors to be our special guest at the 7th annual event on May 16-17 to raise money for the American Cancer Society.  Registered cancer survivors are treated to a specially prepared dinner, then each survivor is introduced, and all will walk, run, or wheelchair the opening lap — unified in victory and in hope!

·        Opening ceremonies start at 6 pm.

·        All Survivors are invited to walk in the first lap of the event at 6:30 pm.   We will have wheelchairs available for those who may need assistance.  Please let us know of any special needs at the Celebration Dinner.

·        For the second lap, a caregiver, spouse, friends, etc are encouraged to join Survivors.

·        We hope you will stay throughout the night and enjoy the various activities planned for everyone.
